Terms of Service
Last updated 29 September 2026
These are the terms that apply when you use cmpprofile.com or join a CMP program. They are written in plain language on purpose.
The parts people usually want are the guarantee and refunds (section 6) and your rights under Australian Consumer Law (section 10).
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use cmpprofile.com or take part in a CMP program. By using the site or buying a program, you agree to them.
CMP Profile (“CMP”, “we”, “us”) is a business of Adrian Law Group of Companies Pty Ltd, ABN 44 288 315 548. You can reach us at support@cmpprofile.com, or by post at BMA House, Suite 3, Ground Floor, 135 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or buy a program.
2. What we offer
We currently offer:
- The CMP diagnostic and CMP Life Profile report — a short set of questions that identifies your CMP pattern, and a report explaining it.
- CMP Live — a live online workshop.
- ‘Do What You Said’ — a 28-day program including live sessions, group access, support between sessions and supporting tools.
What is included in each program is described on its own page at the time you buy. That description is what you are entitled to.
We may change, improve or retire a program. If we change something you have already paid for in a way that materially reduces what you were promised, we will either restore it or refund you.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a program, and able to enter a binding contract.
Programs are sold to you personally. Your access, group membership and materials are for you, and are not transferable to someone else without our agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the relevant page and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Depending on your bank or card, you may be charged a currency conversion or international transaction fee. That fee is your bank’s, not ours, and we cannot refund it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Where a price is advertised as a launch or introductory price, it applies to that intake only. Later intakes may be priced differently.
Your place is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, email support@cmpprofile.com before assuming you are enrolled.
5. Running a program
Programs run to published dates. Live sessions are held online and are recorded, so if you cannot attend one you can watch it afterwards.
‘Do What You Said’ is deliberately capped at 20 participants per intake. Once those places are filled, enrolment for that intake closes.
If we have to move a session, we will give you as much notice as we can and make the recording available. If we cancel a program outright before it starts, you get a full refund.
You are responsible for your own internet connection and for a device that can join a video call.
6. The ‘Do What You Said’ guarantee and refunds
Take part. Complete the first three live sessions. Then decide.
If, after Session 3, you do not feel you have received exceptional value and made meaningful progress towards what matters to you, email support@cmpprofile.com and we will refund everything you have paid. No questions asked.
And you can stay. You may complete the full 28-day experience, attend the final live session and continue using everything included.
The guarantee applies whether you paid in full or chose the payment plan. If you are on the payment plan, we refund every instalment you have paid and cancel any that remain.
To claim it, ask within 14 days of Session 3 so we can process it while the intake is still running. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually take a few business days to appear.
For other products, contact us and we will deal with you fairly. Nothing in this section limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law — see section 10.
7. Group conduct and confidentiality
Part of what you are paying for is a small group where people can be honest. That only works if everyone treats it that way.
In sessions and in the group, please:
- Keep what other participants share to yourself. Do not repeat it, screenshot it or post it elsewhere.
- Do not record sessions yourself, and do not share our recordings outside your cohort.
- Do not use the group to sell to, recruit or spam other participants.
- Treat other people with basic respect, including when you disagree.
We may remove someone from a program for serious or repeated breaches of this section. Where we do, we will refund the unused portion unless the breach caused harm to another participant.
8. Materials and intellectual property
CMP, the CMP diagnostic, the CMP Life Profile reports, the patterns and characters, program materials, tools and recordings are owned by us or licensed to us.
When you buy a program, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own purposes for as long as we make them available. You do not get ownership of them.
You may not copy, resell, republish, or use our materials to build or run a competing program.
Anything you create during a program — your goals, your plan, your 90-Day Momentum Map — is yours.
9. This is not professional advice
CMP is educational and coaching content. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for it.
The CMP diagnostic is a self-reflection tool, not a clinical or psychometric assessment, and it is not a diagnosis of anything.
If you are dealing with a health, mental health, legal or financial matter, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis and in Australia, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or call 000.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
10. Results
We will put real work into helping you follow through, and we stand behind that with the guarantee above. What we cannot do is promise a particular outcome, because the biggest variable is what you do.
Any results described on this site — including testimonials — are the experience of specific individuals and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Where a testimonial describes results from Adrian’s wider coaching and training work rather than from a particular program, we say so alongside it.
11. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
If you are in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, services must be supplied with due care and skill and be fit for their purpose.
You are entitled to a remedy if a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, including cancelling the service and getting a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for a reasonably foreseeable loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where a term of this agreement conflicts with them, those rights prevail.
12. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 10, and to the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or opportunity.
- Our total liability to you for any claim connected with a program is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
- We are not responsible for failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, including outages at Zoom, Stripe, WhatsApp or our hosting provider.
13. Third-party services
Programs use third-party services including Zoom, Stripe and WhatsApp. Using them means accepting their own terms, and they are responsible for their own service.
If you would rather not use WhatsApp, tell us and we will make sure you are not disadvantaged.
14. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
If we make a significant change, we will update the “last updated” date above and tell people on our list by email.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms, a refund, or anything else: support@cmpprofile.com. A real person reads it.
