Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 September 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use cmpprofile.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

It is written to be read. If anything here is unclear, email support@cmpprofile.com and ask.

1. Who we are

CMP Profile (“CMP”, “we”, “us”) is a business of Adrian Law Group of Companies Pty Ltd, ABN 44 288 315 548. We provide the free CMP diagnostic and CMP Life Profile report, and paid programs including CMP Live and ‘Do What You Said’.

You can reach us by email at support@cmpprofile.com, or by post at BMA House, Suite 3, Ground Floor, 135 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

If you have any question about this policy or about the information we hold, email support@cmpprofile.com and we will respond.

This policy applies to cmpprofile.com and to the programs we deliver through it.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to give you a result, deliver what you have paid for, and improve the site. Specifically:

  • Your answers to the CMP diagnostic questions, and the CMP pattern result they produce (your primary and secondary pattern).
  • Your first name and email address, when you choose to give them in order to receive your report.
  • Your mobile number, if you join ‘Do What You Said’. We ask for it during onboarding so we can add you to the private participant group, and we use it to contact you about the program. We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it. If you would rather not be contacted by phone, tell us and we will remove it.
  • Your purchase details if you buy something: what you bought, the amount, and the email address used. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never reach our servers.
  • Anything you type into a form on the site — for example a question sent through “Ask a question”, or your answers to the ‘Do What You Said’ onboarding questions.
  • How you arrived: the landing page you entered on, and any campaign parameters in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and Facebook or Google click identifiers).
  • Standard technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, device type and pages viewed.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, sensitive information such as health, financial account or government identity details.

3. What is stored on your device

Some information is kept in your own browser rather than sent to us:

  • cmp_quiz_state_v1 — your in-progress diagnostic answers and result, kept in session storage so the quiz survives a page change. It is cleared when you close the tab.
  • cmp_attribution_v1 — the landing page and campaign parameters you arrived with, kept in local storage so we can tell which advertising works even if you return days later.
  • Cookies set by Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity, described below.

You can clear these at any time through your browser settings. Clearing them will not stop you using the site, though an in-progress quiz will be lost.

4. How we use it

  • To calculate your CMP pattern and give you the matching report.
  • To email you your report, purchase confirmations, session details and reminders.
  • To deliver programs you have bought, including live sessions, group access and support between sessions.
  • To send you emails about CMP that you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To measure which pages and advertising bring people to the site, and to fix what is not working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below who help us run the site.

5. Who else processes your information

We use the following providers. Each has its own privacy policy, and several are based outside Australia — which means your information may be stored or processed overseas, including in the United States.

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we receive only the outcome, the amount and your email address.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit) — email list and marketing. We store your first name, email, CMP result and tags describing where you are in the journey.
  • Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill) — sending your report, receipts, session details and reminders.
  • Google Analytics 4 — how the site is used, in aggregate.
  • Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API — measuring advertising. We send Meta event data, which can include a hashed version of your email address so it can match a conversion to an ad click.
  • Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics including session replay and heatmaps. This records how you move, scroll and click on pages. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into form fields is not captured in the recording.
  • ProveSource — the small activity notifications shown on some pages.
  • Wistia — video hosting.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Zoom — live program sessions, which are recorded so participants who miss one can catch up.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — the private group for ‘Do What You Said’ participants, if you choose to join it.

We only give each provider the information it needs to do its job.

6. Session recordings and group participation

Live program sessions are recorded so that participants who cannot attend live can watch afterwards. If you attend a live session, your camera, microphone and anything you say or share may form part of that recording.

If you would prefer not to appear in a recording, you can keep your camera off and use the chat, or watch the replay instead. Tell us before a session and we will make sure that works for you.

Recordings are shared only with people in that cohort. Participants are asked not to redistribute them, and not to repeat anything personal another participant shares in a session or in the group.

7. Marketing emails

If you give us your email to receive a report, we will also send you emails about CMP. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop emails we must send you about something you have bought — receipts, session details and access links.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and then for as long as we are required to.

  • Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Purchase and tax records: seven years, as Australian tax law requires.
  • Session recordings: for the benefit of that cohort, and deleted when they are no longer needed.
  • Analytics data: according to each provider’s own retention settings.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Stop sending you marketing.
  • Give you a copy of the information you provided to us.

Email support@cmpprofile.com and we will action it. We will not charge you, and we will not make it difficult.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems. Access to the tools that hold your information is limited to people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever occurred that was likely to cause you serious harm, we would notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.

11. Children

CMP is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email support@cmpprofile.com and we will delete it.

12. Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, email support@cmpprofile.com, or write to us at BMA House, Suite 3, Ground Floor, 135 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. We will look into it and come back to you.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will tell the people on our list by email rather than relying on you to check.
